Electronic Voucher Payment System (EVPS)

The Electronic Voucher Payment System was created to allow vendors providing court-appointed services to electronically submit compensation requests. Through EVPS, vendors may submit the DC-40 (List of Allowances), the General District Mediation Invoice, and the DC-44, List of Allowances – Interpreter.

By enabling secure electronic submission, EVPS streamlines the payment process and improves efficiency for court service providers. The system is available to court-appointed counsel, guardians ad litem, court reporters, interpreters, translators, mediators, experts, and witnesses.

All Courts are participating in EVPS with the exception of Fairfax Circuit Court.
