  • Traffic Cases:

    Criminal Cases:

    • Must be agreed to by the Commonwealth's Attorney (434-392-1902)

      • Driving Suspended-Third or Subsequent Offense,
      • Reckless Driving by Speed (Over 90 Miles Per Hour),

      • Class 2 Misdemeanors,
      • Felony Warrants.
    • If the Commonwealth's Attorney and the defendant cannot agree on a continuance, the defendant may request a hearing on his/her motion.
