  • Electronic Voucher Payment System (EVPS)
    Online submission of the DC-40 (List of Allowances) by court-appointed counsel. The Electronic Voucher Payment System (EVPS) streamlines the payment process for court service providers by allowing for the electronic submission of payment requests. EVPS is available to court-appointed counsel, guardians ad litem, court reporters, interpreters, translators, and select mediators for services rendered to the courts, enhancing efficiency and reducing processing time.

     

  • Virginia Appellate Courts Electronic System (VACES)
    Instructions on how to register with VACES and file briefs and appendices in appeals of right, granted appeals, and docketed original jurisdiction cases with the Supreme Court of Virginia or the Court of Appeals of Virginia.

  • Virginia Date of Birth Confirmation (VDBC)
    Subscription access exclusively for organizations/businesses (SCC ID required) to adult criminal cases in the Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Courts, criminal and traffic case information in the General District Courts and to criminal case information in participating Circuit Courts for the confirmation of an individual’s date of birth.

  • Court of Appeals of Virginia
    Online access to Court of Appeals of Virginia case information.

  • Circuit Court

    • Online Case Information System-Statewide Search (OCIS 2.0)
      Online access to a statewide search of adult criminal case information in the juvenile & domestic relations district courts, criminal and traffic case information in general district courts and select circuit courts. Note: Payments cannot be made using this system.
    • Circuit Court Case Information
      Online access to civil and criminal cases in select circuit courts. Cases may be searched by locality using name, case number, or hearing date.

  • General District Court

    • Online Case Information System-Statewide Search (OCIS 2.0)
      Online access to a statewide search of adult criminal case information in the juvenile & domestic relations district courts, criminal and traffic case information in general district courts and select circuit courts. Note: Payments cannot be made using this system.
    • General District Court Case Information
      Online access to a statewide search of adult criminal case information in the juvenile & domestic relations district courts, criminal and traffic case information in general district courts and select circuit courts. Note: Payments cannot be made using this system.

  • Secure Remote Access (SRA)
    Online secure remote access to circuit court land records (as defined in Virginia Code §17.1-292) such as deeds, marriage licenses, judgments, and wills for select courts.
    Note: Registration with the local Circuit Court Clerk is required.
